Atlanta has seen sub freezing temps for over a week. Thursday we got a light dusting of snow. But even that light dusting coupled with the sub freezing temps caused a lot of problems with icy roads.

Wisely it was decided more than a week ago to forego the "ride" this weekend for the warmer option of a breakfast meeting. We needed to get the 2010 charter signed and set the ride calendar for the year.

We had breakfast at the Golden Coral in Alpharetta. Member turnout was about the same as it has been for the last couple of events. Several members have been down with colds and opted to stay home and nurse themselves back to health...always a smart decision.

After everyone got their fill of warm eggs, meats and pastries, the charter was taken around for signing. Also a list was passed around for ride suggestions so that we can tackle the task of getting a ride calendar established for the year.
