Turnout was a little light for the annual Polar Bear ride. The weather was very cool. By ride meet time is was barely in the 30's. Despite that Doug and Darren braved the cold and arrive on their cold steeds. Everyone else opted for the warmth of a four wheeled vehicle.

The Braselton chapter had also decided to have their ride to Bugaboo (just like last year), although they were "separate" from us, it put a lot of STAR riders in Bugaboo for lunch. They had about a dozen members show up and we had twleve attend.

It was a great gathering, giving us time to catch up after the holidays. We had some great food and plenty of time to talk and fellowship with each other.
