A damp and cool morning must have kept some folks at home, as the turnout for this event was low. We had seven members and one newbie attend breakfast. Six of us went on to the show. At the show we met up with a few more members. I guess all in all we had a decent number attend either the breakfast or the show.

The damp cool morning gave way to a sunny warmer afternoon. At the peak of the day, it was probably decent enough to ride and I believe Mitch actually rode to the show. Kudos to Mitch for being the true rider amongst us this week.

At breakfast, those of us there with current STAR memberships signed the charter for 2009. We need more signatures to continue the chapter. So, if you are a current member of STAR please come to the next event on Feb 8 and at least sign the charter. Even if you cannot stay for anything else, we need your signature.

As always, it was another good day and a great time with friends. We had some good food for breakfast. Then we sat around and caught up on life. We went to a motorcycle show and got to see some bike stuff. And, those of us with wives there got to watch them shop. It was a great time.....as our rides and gatherings always are.
