June 10, 2007 On Saturday,
June 10, Moto 400 had their third grand opening weekend celebration.
This weekend was dedicated to STAR motorcycles. Chapter 111 was invited
to participate and represent STAR Touring and Riding.
Maria and I attended the day's events along with Henry
Williams. We were readily welcomed and made to feel a part of their
family. It was a full day and the dealership had a lot going on. There
was a moon walk for the kids, live entertainment, a pinstriper was on
site, and BBQ and beans for a contribution to Feed the Children and live
wood carving with a chain saw.
Moto 400 is the newest Star/Yamaha/Suzuki dealer in
North Georgia. They are located on GA 400 about a quarter mile north of
Hwy 53. They are on the left if you are traveling north. Owner Keith
Allen has done it right. This is a first class operation. They have the
bikes, the parts, the clothes and great people to back it all up. Their
Yamaha mechanic is one of the top Yamaha mechanics in the country.
They will we having their fourth and final grand
opening weekend celebration this coming Saturday, June 16. This weekend
will be highlighting Suzuki Boulevard. They will also have participation
by their suppliers and vendors including Parts Unilimited, and Turner
Rocky and a powder coating supplier. They will have door prizes and food
as well. If you are up that way, stop by and check them out. |
