The second ride for February was a wash out. Rain all day long made riding a motorcycle rather unpleasant, but at least it wasn't snowing. Despite the weather, we had a good turnout. As always, we would rather see you in a car than not see you at all.

Our scheduled destination was Blue Willow Inn in Social Circle. It seemed a waste to go there in cars, so we decided to save that destination for a day with nicer weather when we could enjoy it on two wheels. Instead we drove up the road to Sonny's Barbeque for lunch

Before we headed out to lunch we took a few minutes to present our STAR Chapter 111 banner to our sponsoring dealer, Atlanta Motor World. Next time you go in the store to purchase some part you will see our banner hanging from the rafters. Thanks to Stephanie Howard for all the hard work it getting this banner designed and created

After filling our bellies with some BBQ we discussed some upcoming rides and tried to set some dates. I think we have something coming up for everyone. We have a couple overnighters, and a lot of local riding. There is so much to see in our own area.
